1. Services

Industry Mammoth ("we," "our," or "us") provides website design, marketing automation, reputation management, and related digital marketing services for home service businesses. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Billing & Payments

Services are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically each month. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial payment. To request a refund, contact us at nathan@industrymammoth.com. Refund requests made after 30 days are not eligible.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our platform to send spam, harass customers, post false reviews, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Intellectual Property

Content created for your business (websites, copy, graphics) is licensed to you for use during your active subscription. Industry Mammoth retains ownership of proprietary systems, templates, and automation workflows.

8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us for a refund may result in immediate suspension of services. We encourage you to reach out directly to resolve any billing concerns.

9. Limitation of Liability

Industry Mammoth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
