How ProShine Concrete Solutions Took Over the Oxnard Map Pack in 6 Months
From buried in the map rankings to #1 across Ventura County — for every keyword that matters to the business.
The Client
ProShine Concrete Solutions is a concrete coating and epoxy flooring company owned and operated by Rudy, serving Oxnard, El Rio, Port Hueneme, Ventura, and Saticoy. The work speaks for itself — decorative concrete coatings, epoxy garage floors, and polished concrete — but homeowners searching Google Maps couldn't find him.
The Challenge
When someone in Ventura County searches "concrete coating" or "epoxy garage floor," the three businesses in the Google Map Pack get the calls. ProShine wasn't one of them. Geo-grid scans across the service area showed the business averaging around position #12 for "concrete coating" — and #20+ in the neighborhoods around central Oxnard — with competitors owning the map pack in every city he served.
What We Did
The standard Industry Mammoth playbook — no tricks, just the fundamentals executed properly:
- Built a conversion-focused website designed to turn searches into phone calls
- Created a dedicated, keyword-targeted page for every core service
- Published location pages for each city in the service area
- Implemented LocalBusiness and Service schema markup across the site
- Aligned the site with his Google Business Profile for consistent local signals
- Set up automated SMS and email review requests after every job
The Results
Google Map Pack rankings across the service area, before and roughly 6 months after launch. Each dot is a real scan point.
“concrete coating”
Average map ranking: ~#12 → #1

Scattered #6–#20+ across the service area — invisible in the map pack where the calls come from.

#1 at nearly every scan point, from Ventura down to Port Hueneme.
“epoxy garage floor”
100% of scan points in the top 4

Mostly #8–#15 — outside the map pack nearly everywhere.

Top 4 at 100% of scan points — in or beside the map pack across the entire area.
“concrete polishing”
#1 or #2 everywhere in the service area

Mixed #2–#15 — strong in a few pockets, buried in the rest.

Solid #1–#2 at every scan point across the whole grid.
The Outcome
About six months after launch, the geo-grid scans told a different story: #1 across nearly the entire service area for "concrete coating," #1–#2 everywhere for "concrete polishing," and top-4 at every scan point for "epoxy garage floor." The phone followed the map. Rudy has since grown ProShine to multiple trucks and multiple employees to keep up with the demand.
“Industry Mammoth made getting reviews and leads simple. The website looks great, the automations just work, and our phone rings more than ever.”
